Opener Harshitha Samarawickrama made an excellent knock of 81 in 69 balls with 10 fours as Sri Lanka girls recorded a 49 run win over Thailand girls of their Asia Cup T – 20 cricket fixture performed at Sylhet Worldwide cricket stadium in Bangladesh yesterday. This was Sri Lanka’s again to again second win and they’ll meet Malaysia in three days time on the similar venue. Sri Lanka selected to bat first and scored a difficult whole of 156 for five wickets in 20 overs whereas Thailand workforce managed to get 107 for five wickets with Sri Lankan spinners doing the harm to seal the victory.
